No-Spend Streak ("we", "our", or "the Service") is operated by SnapTool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application.
By using No-Spend Streak, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information Stored Locally (No Account Required)
- Check-in records (date, status, amount, category) — stored only on your device
- App preferences (language, theme) — stored only on your device
This data never leaves your device unless you create an account and enable sync.
B. Information Collected with an Account
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we additionally collect:
- Name and email address (provided by your Apple or Google account)
- Profile image URL (optional, from your social login provider)
- Authentication tokens for session management
- Streak and check-in data (synced to our servers)
- Friends list and challenge participation data
C. Information Collected Automatically
- Device information (operating system, app version)
- Error logs and crash reports for app stability
- Advertising interaction data (via Google AdMob)
- IP address and User-Agent (for session security when signed in)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide the Service: Enable check-in tracking, streak counting, badge awards, and social features
- Sync your data: Keep your check-in records and streaks synchronized across devices (account holders only)
- Enable social features: Friends, leaderboards, and group challenges
- Authenticate you: Verify your identity via Apple or Google Sign-In and manage sessions
- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns and fix bugs
- Display ads: Show non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate No-Spend Streak:

We only display non-personalized ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you decline, only privacy-safe contextual ads are shown. You can change this in your iOS Settings at any time.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Storage and Retention
A. Local Data
- Check-in records and preferences are stored on your device
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure encrypted storage
- All local data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
B. Server Data (Account Holders)
- Account and synced data are stored in Cloudflare D1 databases with encryption at rest
- Login sessions expire after 30 days and are automatically deleted
- When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, sessions, social connections, synced records) is permanently deleted immediately
We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We do not retain data longer than necessary.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication tokens are stored in your device's encrypted secure storage
- Our servers run on Cloudflare Workers, a serverless platform with built-in DDoS protection and security features
- Session tokens are automatically rotated and expired
- Account deletion triggers immediate and complete removal of all associated data
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: View your data within the app at any time
- Deletion: Delete your account and all server-side data from the app's Settings screen. Uninstalling the app removes all local data
- Portability: Your check-in data is stored locally and accessible on your device
- Opt out of tracking: Manage App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions in your iOS Settings
- Withdraw consent: Log out to stop data syncing and disable social features at any time
- Correction: Update your profile information through your Apple or Google account
For EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is your consent (for optional account creation) and legitimate interest (for app functionality and security).
For California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
No-Spend Streak is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. We use Cloudflare's global infrastructure, which may process data in various locations. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
